[Notice] Update on terms due to CoinNess service transfer

Hi CoinNess users,

Thank you for your continued support and for using CoinNess.

To provide more accurate investment information and optimize our service,

we will transfer our operations to NESS LAB LLC effective May 26, 2025.

As a result, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and other Terms and Conditions will be updated accordingly.

  • Address: Suite 305, Griffith Corporate Centre, Beachmont, Kingstown, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines

  • Applies to: Users of the CoinNess website and mobile app


※You can continue to use the service as usual.

Your transferred personal data will be securely managed in accordance with relevant laws and within the scope of your consent.


â—ï»żHow to Disagree with the Updated Terms and Delete Your Account

ï»żIf you do not agree to the updated terms, you can express your decision through one of the following methods:


  • How to Delete Your Account:
  1. Web (PC): Go to www.coinness.com â†’ My Page → Edit Profile → Delete My Account
  2. App: Open the CoinNess app → My Page → Edit Profile → Delete My Account
  • Email Inquiry: Contact us at cs@coinness.live


※If you don’t agree to the terms, you won’t be able to use the service.

Some of your personal information may still be stored for a set period, as required by law. 


  • 🔁Refund Notice for Pearls (Prepaid Electronic Payment Method)
  • If you do not agree to the updated terms and wish to delete your account, you are eligible to request a refund for any remaining balance of Pearls.

  2. Deadline: May 25, 2025
  3. Email subject: [Pearl Refund] user@coinness.com (Your CoinNess registered email address)
  4. Email body:
  • Number of Pearls held:
  • Bank name, Account number, Account holder's name:
  • Resident registration number (Required for refunds over 50,000 Pearls. Must match the account holder’s information):


※A 22% tax will be deducted for refunds exceeding 50,000 Pearls (50,000 KRW).

※If a cash refund isn’t possible, the balance may be refunded in the form of a gift card or digital voucher.

※Once the refund is completed, your account will be deleted and the collected information will be erased immediately.
