KYC Level 1 Verification(proof of identity)
KYC(Know Your Customer) Level 1 verification is a mandatory process for identity confirmation in order to use exchange services. Please refer to the following information to complete your Level 1 verification.
What to bring
Please prepare the following items for photo and facial verification: • Moblie Phone or Laptop • ID(passport, national ID card, or driver's license) |
How to Complete KYC Level 1 Verification
1. Log in using the PC or mobile app.
2. Go to [Profile] dropdown and click [Unverified] badge on the main homepage. (If you have not yet agreed to the exchange's terms and conditions, you will need to do so before proceeding.)
3. Click the [Verify] button on the ID verification page.
4. Complete the identity verification steps shown on the KYC screen:
• Upload a clear photo of your government-issued ID
• Face verification (Liveness verification)
💡Notes • Verification may fail if the submitted ID is damaged or illegible. • Please ensure the photo is clear, without glare or blurriness. • The ID must match the personal information you entered during registration
