On-chain deposits
Please refer to the guide below to safely deposit USDT or NESS.
⚠️Before depositing
Please review the following before making a deposit.
- A deposit address will only be generated after completing KYC verification.
- Currently, only USDT and NESS are accepted for deposits.
- Any deposit requests that are not processed due to being below the minimum amount will be considered lost and cannot be recovered.
The supported networks for each asset are as follows:
• USDT: Ethereum (ERC20)/ Tron (TRC20)/ BNB Chain (BEP20)
• NESS: Polygon (Polygon)

Deposit instructions
Here is a guide on how to make a deposit and check your transaction history.
1. Log in to your account, go to the [Assets] page, and click the [Deposit] button.
2. Select the cryptocurrency you wish to deposit.
3. Choose your preferred network.
- Please note that asset losses caused by selecting the wrong network cannot be recovered.
- The confirmation time will vary depending on the blockchain network used.
4. Copy the deposit address using the [Copy] button or scan the QR code, then enter it on the withdrawal or remittance screen of the platform you're sending from.
⚠️Notice Before making a deposit, please double-check the deposit address, selected network, and any important instructions to avoid potential asset loss.

How to check your deposit and history
1. Once deposited, your assets will appear in your Funding Wallet.
2. To view the network confirmation status or past deposit records, go to the [History] screen.
⚠️Notice of Network Maintenance and Temporary Deposit Suspension • Certain networks may be temporarily unavailable due to wallet maintenance or network-related issues. • If all supported networks for a specific asset are affected, deposits for that asset will be suspended. • In such cases, we will issue an official announcement promptly. Please check the latest announcements before depositing to avoid any inconvenience.
