On-chain withdrawals
To withdraw your cryptocurrency to an external wallet, please follow the steps outlined below.
⚠️Before withdrawing
Please review the following before making a withdrawal.
- KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before withdrawals are allowed.
- Daily withdrawal limits are as follows:
• KYC Step 1 (Proof of Identity) completed: 1,000,000 USDT
• KYC Step 2 (Proof of Residence) completed: 10,000,000 USDT
- Currently, only USDT and NESS are available for withdrawal.
The supported networks for each asset are as follows:
• USDT: Ethereum (ERC20)/ Tron (TRC20)/ BNB Chain (BEP20)
• NESS: Polygon (Polygon)

Withdrawal instructions
Here is a guide on how to withdrawal.
1. Log in to your account, go to the [Assets] page, and click the [Withdrawal] button.
2. Select the asset you want to withdraw (e.g. USDT or NESS)
3. Select a withdrawal network.
- Please ensure that the selected network matches the one supported by your receiving wallet. Using the wrong network may result in irreversible loss of assets.
4. Input the external wallet address where you would like to receive your funds and enter the withdrawal quantity.
5. Confirm the fees and finalized quantity displayed on the screen, then request the withdrawal.
6. For security purposes, complete 1) asset password verification and 2) Google OTP or email verification.
⚠️ Note • Please confirm your address, network, and important instructions before withdrawing. • Asset losses resulting from incorrect network selection are irreversible. • Confirmation times vary by blockchain network, so please allow adequate time for processing.

How to register a withdrawal address
Registering a withdrawal address allows for quicker and easier transactions.
1. Click [Address book] icon in the withdrawal address field to select a saved address.
2. Select [Add Address] from the address book screen.
3. Enter the network (chain), wallet address, and address name to complete the registration.
3. For additional verification, please enter 1) your asset password, 2) Google OTP or Email verification to complete the registration.
4. You can view your registered withdrawal address in the address book. To withdraw to that address, simply enter your asset password.
⚠️Notice: Temporary Withdrawal Suspension • Withdrawals on certain networks may be temporarily unavailable due to network or wallet maintenance. • If all networks for a specific token are unavailable, withdrawals for that token will be temporarily suspended. • In such cases, we will notify you promptly via an official announcement. Please make sure to check the announcements before initiating any withdrawals.
