The trading bonus is a reward the exchange provides that can be used for future trading but cannot be withdrawn. It is granted when users meet specific conditions such as signing up, joining promotions, or referring friends.

Q. Where can I check my Bonus?

A. You can view your bonus in the following two locations:

•  Futures page: The "Bonus" amount is displayed in the Balance section on the lower right.

•  Your bonus is listed under "Bonus" under "Futures Wallet” on the Assets page.

Q. Is the Bonus eligible for trading?

A. Yes, the Bonus credit can be used for trading purposes.

Q. How does the system apply the Bonus?

A. The Bonus covers trading-related costs such as fees, margin, and losses. Bonuses are used after your own equity is depleted.

Q. Can I withdraw the Bonus?

A. You cannot withdraw the Bonus directly. It is meant for trading use only, but the profits from trades using the Bonus are eligible for withdrawal.

Q. Is it possible for Bonus funds to expire?

A. Some Bonus funds may have an expiration period. Bonuses with a set validity period will be revoked once the period expires, and during the revocation process, forced liquidation of all open positions may occur. Please make sure to carefully check the validity period when using Bonus funds.

Additionally, if funds are transferred from the futures wallet to the funding wallet, the Bonus funds will be forfeited. Similarly, if there are any open positions that were using the Bonus at the time of forfeiture, forced liquidation of all positions may also occur.

Q. What should I do if I didn’t receive my Bonus?

A. If your Bonus was not credited to your account, please contact our Customer Support team with the following information:

• Your UID (User ID)

• Details of the event or promotion related to the missing Bonus

• Any supporting screenshots or evidence (if available)
