What are VIP fees?
VIP fees are fee discounts that exchanges offer to users with high trading volumes.
There are different VIP levels depending on whether you meet the 30-day trading volume or 30-day average equity threshold, with the higher the level, the lower the trading fees.

VIP Eligibility Requirements
• Acceptance of exchange terms and conditions
• Prove KYC Identity
• Achieve one of the following conditions:Trading Volume OR Average Balance

How to check your VIP level
• You can check your current VIP level on your My Page.
• You can also see your current trading fee rate, based on your trading volume and average holdings over the past 30 days.
• The requirements for upgrading your level (trading volume, average assets) are automatically calculated every 10 minutes, and you can also see how many days you have left to reach the next tier.
VIP Experience Coupons
VIP experience coupons are pearls earned through community activities and can be purchased in the Pearl Store.

• Once purchased, you can apply the VIP Experience coupon by clicking [My Page] > [My Coupons] > [Redeem].
⚠️ All coupons have a 30-day expiration date.
Cautions for using VIP coupons
• VIP coupons are for VIP Level 1experiences.
• It will be applied from 00:00 UTC the next day after [Redeem].
• VIP experience coupons cannot be redeemed for the same or lower than your current VIP level.
• You will receive the same benefits of each VIP level for the duration of the VIP Experience coupon.
• If you achieve a higher VIP level while a VIP Experience coupon is in effect, that VIP level will be applied (at which time the coupon in use cannot be canceled or returned).
• VIP Experience coupons cannot be used in conjunction with each other.
