Ripple to file its Form C in case against U.S. SEC next week, CLO says

Following the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's (SEC) filing of its Civil Appeal Pre-Argument Statement (Form C) in its case against Ripple Labs, Ripple's Chief Legal Officer (CLO), Stuart Alderoty, commented on X that the regulator is not challenging the court’s decision that "XRP is not a security." This ruling remains unappealed and continues to stand as legal precedent, he noted. Alderoty added that Ripple plans to file its Form C next week.
