CryptoQuant CEO flags potential wash trading on Bybit BTC/USD pair

CryptoQuant CEO Ki Young Ju stated on X that someone is distorting market indicators through apparent wash trading on the Bybit BTC/USD inverse futures pair. He pointed out that trades valued at $5 are occurring approximately 50 times per second. While the intent behind these high-frequency orders is unclear, Ki emphasized that this does not constitute normal trading activity.
