Step Finance acquires Moose Capital to bring tokenized stocks to Solana

Solana-based portfolio dashboard Step Finance has acquired early-stage startup Moose Capital to enable tokenized trading of major stocks like Tesla and Nvidia on the Solana blockchain, according to The Block. The acquisition includes regulatory licenses for a Q1 2025 launch under the rebranded platform, Remora Markets, available to KYC-verified users outside the U.S. and EU.
