Trump-linked DeFi project WLFI moves $52M in crypto to Aave V3

World Liberty Financial (WLFI), a decentralized finance project led by the Trump family, moved roughly $52 million in crypto assets to Aave V3 two hours ago, according to Onchain Lens on X, citing data from Nansen. The deposits included 7,900 ETH ($21 million), 162.69 WBTC ($17.91 million) and 5,010 stETH ($13.31 million). The project subsequently took out a 7.5 million USDT loan from Aave V3 and moved the funds to a BitGo wallet, possibly in preparation for withdrawing USD1.
