KindlyMD buys 5,744 BTC; holdings rise to 5,765 BTC

KindlyMD (Nasdaq: NAKA), a healthcare and data company that merged with Bitcoin investment firm Nakamoto, purchased 5,743.91 BTC via subsidiary Nakamoto Holdings in its first buy since the merger, lifting total holdings to 5,764.91 BTC. The company spent about $679 million at an average $118,204.88 per coin, funded with PIPE proceeds, according to JinSe Finance.
