Altcoin Season Index falls 4 points to 26

CoinMarketCap's Altcoin Season Index has dropped four points from yesterday to 26. The index determines whether it is an "altcoin season" by comparing the price performance of the top 100 cryptocurrencies, excluding stablecoins and wrapped coins, against Bitcoin over the past 90 days. An altcoin season is declared when 75% of these coins outperform Bitcoin, with a score closer to 100 indicating a stronger season. Conversely, a low score suggests a "Bitcoin season."
