Naver Financial and Dunamu sign off on merger plan via share swap

Naver Financial and Dunamu, the operator of Upbit, have approved a merger plan through a comprehensive share swap, The Herald Business reported. The agreed swap ratio between the two companies is 1 to 2.54.
