Coinbase to acquire prediction market startup The Clearing Company

Coinbase has agreed to acquire prediction market startup The Clearing Company, The Block reported. The transaction is expected to be finalized in January 2026. As part of the deal, The Clearing Company's team will join Coinbase to support the expansion of its prediction market services.
