Short-term Bitcoin holders hold 4M BTC, cycle peak not reached

Glassnode data shows that short-term holders have added 1.5 million Bitcoin (BTC) since September, bringing their total to over 4 million, according to CoinDesk. That figure is lower than past cycle peaks of 5 million in 2013, 6.2 million in 2017 and 4.6 million in 2021, suggesting room for further accumulation. Meanwhile, long-term holders have offloaded 1.2 million BTC since November, contributing to Bitcoin’s stalled price action.
