U.S. SEC to review Ripple lawsuit appeal

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is set to deliberate on potentially withdrawing its Ripple appeal, U.Today reported. If the SEC withdraws the appeal before August 15, the SEC-Ripple lawsuit in its entirety will have been terminated.
