Binance to cease NEO deposits and withdrawals on October 15

Crypto exchange Binance announced that it will cease the deposits and withdrawals of tokens on the Neo Legacy (NEO) network starting at 08:00 UTC on Oct. 15. The move comes in response to the planned network shutdown.
