Luxembourg's finance minister has expressed confidence that other countries will follow its lead in purchasing BTC, according to The Bitcoin Historian. Binance co-founder Changpeng Zhao cited the statement, adding that Luxembourg has already converted 1% of its sovereign wealth fund into Bitcoin.
