Number of entities holding over 1,000 BTC on the rise

The number of entities holding at least 1,000 BTC increased to 1,436 last week, CoinDesk reported. This figure had previously surpassed 1,500 in November 2024 following President Donald Trump's election victory, before declining to around 1,300 in October of this year. Entities holding between 1,000 and 10,000 BTC are currently showing a moderate accumulation trend. The strongest accumulation is being driven by holders of 100 to 1,000 BTC and those with less than one BTC.
