Singapore to enforce strict crypto licensing rules from June 30

Starting June 30, Singapore's Monetary Authority (MAS) will require all crypto firms operating in or from the country to obtain a DTSP license, regardless of where their clients are located, according to Wu Blockchain on X. Unlicensed companies must either shut down or move operations elsewhere, ending a period of regulatory flexibility and prompting some firms to consider relocating to regions like Hong Kong or Dubai.
