Do Kwon denies fraud charges at U.S. court hearing

According to Walter Bloomberg, a U.S. economic news X account, Do Kwon, former CEO of Terraform Labs, the company behind the crash of algorithmic stablecoin Terra, pleaded not guilty to fraud charges at a court hearing in Manhattan, in New York. Montenegrin authorities had previously handed Kwon over to the U.S. Department of Justice following its extradition request. The U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York indicted him on eight charges, including conspiracy to commit fraud and market manipulation, commodity fraud, securities fraud and telecommunications fraud.
