Superstate, led by Compound founder Robert Leshner, is launching Opening Bell, a platform that allows companies to issue and trade U.S. SEC-registered public shares directly on blockchains, starting with Solana, according to Forbes. The move expands Superstate’s focus beyond tokenized funds to programmable equities for both retail and institutional investors. Canadian firm SOL Strategies will be the first to join, with its shares expected to trade on Solana this summer, pending regulatory approval.
