AMDAX launches AMBTS to amass 210K BTC

Dutch crypto service provider AMDAX has announced on its official website the creation of AMBTS B.V. (AMBTS), a new entity dedicated to building Bitcoin reserves with the goal of accumulating around 210,000 BTC—roughly 1% of the total supply. The firm said it will soon begin fundraising for AMBTS and intends to pursue a listing on Euronext Amsterdam via an initial public offering (IPO). Notably, AMDAX was the first crypto service provider registered with the Dutch central bank (DNB) in 2020.
