Coinbase to convert GYEN to USDC as issuer exits stablecoin business

Coinbase announced it will convert all GYEN held on the platform into USDC between Oct. 26 and 30 as GMO-Z.com, the issuer of GYEN, is shutting down the stablecoin business. No conversion fee will be charged. GYEN transfer functions will be suspended effective Oct. 26.
