How to delete your account
When you delete your account, both your Coinness and Coinness Exchange accounts will be permanently deleted.
Account Deletion Procedure Based on Security Settings

• If Only Asset Password Is Enabled 1. Verify Asset Password 2. Verify Email 3. Account Deletion Completed
• If No Security Settings Are Enabled (Only Signed Up) 1. Verify Email 2. Account Deletion Completed |
1. After logging in via the PC web or app and go to [Trading Account] > [Edit profile].
2. After checking the box to agree to the account deletion terms, click [Delete].
3. If a verification screen appears based on your security settings, please follow the steps accordingly.

4. Proceed with the account deletion.
⚠️Important Notes • Once deleted, your account and transaction history cannot be restored. Please proceed with caution. • All event participation records, referral history, and associated benefits will also be deleted. • If you do not withdraw all your assets from the exchange before deleting your account, any remaining assets cannot be recovered and may be forfeited to the exchange.
